I wouldn't trust them EITHER!!!! Call the CC company or bank yourself and explain the situation and cancel your current card and start and investigation NOW!!! Yeah, it's a pain in the ass, but atleast I know they will have no way to use that card ever again and have no access to my new card. Calling them is probably doing the fraudsters a favor by not reporting it to your bank. No wonder they are being nice, they are probably part of the conspiracy. I've read some people have talked to "nice" people (by using the number supplied here) who will help you to reverse the charges. I called my bank directly and they are starting an investigation and have immediately cancelled my card. To hell with the numbers posted here to call. Both of them swear they did not steal my cc to make apple itunes charges and I believe them.

Apple just managed to deliver the most horrible, non-customer-centric, and ultimately heartless customer service that Ive ever received in my entire life. So I just came down from waking them outta their sleep to find out what was going on. Apple just told me to live without a phone for 2-3 days. Just enough to bounce my other monthly payment and add on an NSF fee from my bank.
